Loose Sapphires & Gemstones
Loose gemstones may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is returned in its original condition with all certificates, packaging, and proof of purchase.
Returns must be approved by us prior to shipping.
Customers are responsible for return shipping, customs duties, taxes, and insurance costs associated with the return shipment.
Refunds are processed in the original invoiced currency, and final amounts may vary slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations.
Custom Jewellery
All jewellery pieces are custom made-to-order and therefore cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged once production has begun. Deposits are non-refundable.

If your item arrives with a manufacturing fault or differs significantly from the approved design, we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We also recommend insuring your jewellery after delivery against loss, theft, or accidental damage.
Our jewellery is handcrafted with exceptional attention to detail using carefully selected natural sapphires and precious materials.
We proudly stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If your jewellery experiences a manufacturing defect related to workmanship within 24 months of purchase, we will repair the item at no additional cost.
Please note that normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper handling, or damage caused by external impact are not covered under our craftsmanship warranty.
White gold and platinum jewellery may require rhodium re-plating over time depending on wear and usage. This is considered normal maintenance and is not classified as a manufacturing fault.
Gemstone settings can also be affected by accidental pulling, impact, or snagging on fabrics. Loss or damage resulting from these situations is not covered under warranty.

Yes. Every sapphire we sell is natural corundum, formed in the earth and never lab-grown or synthetic. Each stone's origin, treatment and measurements are recorded in its independent gemstone report, which comes with your purchase.
This sapphire has been examined by the Gemological Institute of Colombo (GIC), an independent laboratory in Sri Lanka, the country where Ceylon sapphires are mined. The report number is listed in the specifications above. You can verify it directly on the GIC website at [GIC Verify Report]. The original printed report travels with the stone.
