For destinations including the United Kingdom, Singapore, Canada, New Zealand, and many European countries, customs processing is usually straightforward and does not normally delay delivery. However, local import duties, VAT, or customs charges may still apply depending on your country’s regulations.

Please note that we do not collect or manage international customs fees outside Australia. Any applicable import taxes, customs duties, or local government charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

All orders are shipped from Australia. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations prior to purchasing, especially for high-value items or natural gemstones.

If any customs payment is required, the courier or shipping provider will contact you directly via email or phone with payment instructions before delivery.

Processing & Delivery Times

Ready-to-ship gemstones are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

For custom-made or made-to-order jewellery pieces, additional production time will apply before shipping.

International Customs & Delays

Certain regions, particularly parts of Asia, may have stricter customs inspection procedures for jewellery and gemstones. While most shipments move smoothly, customs inspections can occasionally result in delays beyond our control.

Countries such as Singapore and Hong Kong typically experience faster and more streamlined customs clearance processes.

If customs authorities choose to inspect a parcel, delivery timeframes may be extended.

Trade & Wholesale Orders

Shipping charges for wholesale, trade, or industry accounts may be calculated separately at checkout depending on order size, insurance requirements, and destination.

Loose Sapphires & Gemstones

Loose gemstones may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is returned in its original condition with all certificates, packaging, and proof of purchase.

Returns must be approved by us prior to shipping.

Customers are responsible for return shipping, customs duties, taxes, and insurance costs associated with the return shipment.

Refunds are processed in the original invoiced currency, and final amounts may vary slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations.

Custom Jewellery

All jewellery pieces are custom made-to-order and therefore cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged once production has begun. Deposits are non-refundable.

Please review your design carefully before approval. Any design changes requested after confirmation may incur additional charges.

If your item arrives with a manufacturing fault or differs significantly from the approved design, we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We also recommend insuring your jewellery after delivery against loss, theft, or accidental damage.

Our jewellery is handcrafted with exceptional attention to detail using carefully selected natural sapphires and precious materials.

We proudly stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If your jewellery experiences a manufacturing defect related to workmanship within 24 months of purchase, we will repair the item at no additional cost.

Please note that normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper handling, or damage caused by external impact are not covered under our craftsmanship warranty.

White gold and platinum jewellery may require rhodium re-plating over time depending on wear and usage. This is considered normal maintenance and is not classified as a manufacturing fault.

Gemstone settings can also be affected by accidental pulling, impact, or snagging on fabrics. Loss or damage resulting from these situations is not covered under warranty.

We strongly recommend arranging jewellery insurance once your piece has been delivered for added protection against loss, theft, or accidental damage.
